Steve is involved in training Clinicians and has extensive experience with all makes of hearing aids. He believes Customer Care is paramount and is not satisfied until you are hearing as well as you possibly can. SENIOR AUDIOMETRIST - Philippa Payne BSc(Hons), MAud(Hons), MNZAS Philippa completed a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Psychology in 1995, then later returned to the University of Auckland and graduated with a Master of Audiology (Honours) in 2003. She has been working as a qualified Audiologist for 7 years and loves seeing people taking control of their hearing and making social isolation a thing of the past.
